DIG Meeting scheduled for Wed., Sept. 26th!!!!

Due to a conflict with my work schedule, we voted at our last BRPAS meeting to reschedule this months DIG meeting for Wed., Sept. 26th.
The plan is to meet at Riverviews on Jefferson St. in the Reading Room (this MIGHT change- check the website on Wed. for any location change!). Social time is at 6:30 (bring beverages/snacks to share if you're feeling generous and hungry!)......Meeting starts at 7:00.
We will have a guest speaker talk to us about a new program that makes stitching together multiple photos for great panoramics. Yes....I know PhotoShop can do this.....but if you really want to explore your options for panoramics- come check this out!

BRPAS hangs show, Wed. Sept. 5 "Shadows & Reflections"

BRPAS meets on Wed. at CJMW gallery to hang our Sept. show, "Shadows & Reflections." Plan on getting there around 6:30 with your work so we can get the show up on the walls!
Every member of BRPAS is invited to participate. The cost is $10 to enter and everyone will have their work represented. Feel free to bring 1-3 pieces but be prepared to edit if we are tight on space.
All work should be matted and framed with a wire hanger. Please ID your photos with your name, contact info., title and price, if they are for sale.
CJMW is located at 1030 Main St. in downtown Lynchburg.
We will have our opening on Friday, Sept. 7th from 7-8:30. BRPAS will provide the beverages and paper products.....PLEASE bring yummy food to share with our admiring public.
VOLUNTEERS are needed to set up for the opening reception and for cleaning up afterwards. ALL HELP will be APPRECIATED!!! |
